* I.A.N. * Hurricane Ian, Sept-Oct 2022.

For those in Florida and east coast USA, Hurricane Ian is forecast to possibly reach category 4 according to news here.

TRF colleagues: What are your best storm tracking (spagetti plot) websites?

Hope everyone has a nice day.

I just use our local news radar and the weather channel. I feel like all of them just shake a magic 8 ball and go with that answer anyways.

It's Mother Nature, she can sometimes be quite predictable, and sometimes be the most erratic. Just be sure to have a cigar, a tasty drink, and Playlist ready....

I’ve got family in the Navarre area and the Tampa area and the Miami area. No matter which model turns out right, someone I love is going to get hit.

Stay safe and dry!

Tropical Tidbits and local news are my go to.

I'm hoping for the best but doesn't look good at this point. Stay safe everyone.

Hello guys/gals:

Thanks for comments and humor (esp music Steven)....

Here is another link (Matt: includes tidbits) that has amalgamated most sites already mentioned.

https://www.trackthetropics.com/ian-2022/

Hoping for the best for everyone in the path
This morning's advisory is that it may drift slightly west from previously plotted.

Hey Doc: Wonderful to see your moniker !! How are you?

I agree... bracing for rain torrents, worried about tornadoes - the bane of Matthew that got me good.

Ready for 7ish ft of flood water.
