No regrets- but I've had no regrets on any of my watch purchases- even the quartz ones I have. I say this since it's not a Rolex question but a purchase question.

I realised i am a TT man, but have never regretted even buying a SS model. But i do allot of research and stuff before i buy and that is why my next purchase is strange as i actually hated the Blue TT SubC but when i put it on my wrist....fantastic..fell in love immediately !

Yes, seeing a nice Rolex I wanted but waiting to buy it. Something always seems to come up and before you know it, a year or more has gone by and the price has already increased and now you can no longer seem to find the exact model you wanted. The lesson I have learned is if you see the model you want and have the money.......go ahead and get the watch, a Rolex is not going to drop in price over time and you can always sell the watch if have any regrets without taking a huge loss.

I just got the 16610, and sometimes i wish i had the subc and other times i love the 16610.

I don't know if it's regret, more like the grass is greener on the other side, and ultimately it would be awesome to own both, but finances won't allow me to do that :(

Only the ones I have traded or given up for other reasons. Not the ones that I have given as gifts.

I've gone through several models over the years....flipped quite a few that I didn't bond with....ended up with the 2 that make me smile the most!

I don't regret any of the 'experimenting' I did....it's all been tons of fun for me!

Almost.

I fell in love with the Milgauss, but almost got something else (possibly because I was too concerned with what others thought).

Fortunately I got the Milgauss.

I still sometimes shudder when I recall that I almost didn't get it. I almost made a big mistake that I would have regretted.

I whent through about a month of regret after a bought mine. I was/am a student working part time and the thought that I just spent 7k on a watch set funny with me. But after some time I fell in love with it, and all the regrets disappeared....until I kicked myselve for not saving another 3k for the daytona. So now im connected to the gmt, and the only way to ease the remorse is to save up and add more watches.

I prefer bracelets, the weight and of course the ability to wear in hot environments...

I have many regrets with both Rolex and other brands. I've accepted the fact that not every watch I buy will be a keeper. Fortunetly, I've been lucky that I've been able to flip everything I didn't fall in love with, and my collection continues to improve.

Honestly, no I haven't regretted a Rolex purchase. I probably came close when I was tempted with the 36mm Explorer I, loved the dial but after much considering (and time at the AD trying it on) I decided that 36mm would just be too small for me...

My only regret is buying a Titanium Hueur in 1986 for more than the price of a Daytona at that time And it is a quartz model, so double

My regret is that I didn't buy a Rolex sooner. I could have started enjoying them earlier and could have saved a bundle of $$$$
