I have my 5712 & 5726 on an Orbita Sparta winder and have never noticed any stretching. I’ve also placed many other watches on this winder with zero issues. The only issue I have ever had was with Valjos 7750 movements. Those watches wouldn’t stay wound. Both of my PP never have this issue. There are many debates on winders and sometimes it actually gets heated.
I like to keep watches on a winder if it’s a pain to set the complications, like date, Moon Phase, etc. For other watches, I just either keep the wound manually if I know I’m going to wear them soon, or just let them run down. For me, any watch with a rapid date change mechanism, I don’t worry with winders.

The winder itself is great. But because I have small wrists (just over 6”) the watches are rather tight in the pillows that go in the winder and want to make sure it won’t stretch the bracelet over time.

No, you do not need to worry that the bracelets get streched by the winder. |
