What are your thoughts on PAM 390?
Is it worth the premium?
Will prices continue to go down? or will they go up after the price increase? Is it a must have piece or just so so? Cant decide if I want to pull the trigger or not. Please help. M |

The 390 is a nice watch, I would grab one. They are an S.E. so I am sure they will go up in price at some point.

market price would be 20-30% retail considering april price increase.
Also i have a pam111 which i would most likely have to sell. Is it still worth it or is it only worth it at retail? out of principle I just dont want to pull the trigger and then see it for cheaper only a month later. |

It is a very nice edition, somewhat silly that they made it SE IMO. I certainly wouldn't overpay for it.

I think it's fair to say that the price will hold steady-to-increase overtime given its SE status, similar to previous limited production PAM's, ie. 4XX, 232, 249, 127, etc....

I'd go a 390, only at the recommended retail, not the inflated desire/fad price.

Funny I have been thinking the same thing lately... Debating on grabbing the 390 or save some money and get a 111 now... I hate paying a premium for a watch to only sell/flip in the future and just lose that much more

If you can get one at retail, or a little above, absolutely..
Price's have come down a bit, there are still some people with their stratospheric prices and they are obviously sitting.. They will go up over time, or hold/retain, always over MSRP... I personally bought two of them, one I put away and one to wear... Was between 372 and 390 and I chose the 390 which is obvious! |
