Incoming white dial!!!!

I've had the thirst for a white dial since my brief infatuation with the 16570. I almost bought the polar explorer after my Hulk purchase (first Rolex) but decided against it when I fell in love with the 16610.

I've gotten to the point where I think the 16570 would be redundant as I know I personally would never wear it over a submariner. The thirst for a white dial remained, however, and although I love the white Daytona, I am not by any means a chronograph type of guy. I decided I would get a classier, more understated piece for my white dial watch, and this the result!

Beyond thrilled at the piece. It is gorgeous in person and just the right amount of understated. It's become my main work watch.

Shout out to the expat beast Adam who inspired me to both make a Tudor purchase and for drawing my attention to the 76200/76214!!

Lovely dial and at a fraction of the cost of a Rolex Day-Date. Congratulations

Hey, I'm glad you found one Alex! Congratulations. Was it originally from a Hong Kong AD?

Talk about bang for buck...there's a ton of value there - the only lug-holed Oyster case still sold by Rolex is almost worth the price of the watch alone. And that 2834 movement will serve you well for many years. Please feel free to add yours to my 76200 review thread https://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=525591

Exactly. The value is just unreal and after my capricious spending in the last while, value was certainly a factor in drawing me to this piece. This piece is indeed from a Hong Kong AD; Zurich Watch co to be exact! Had an old Chinese friend pick it up for me once I'd found out he was going to be making a trip down to Canada!

I will indeed be adding my watch to your great thread, Adam. Just let me snap a few better pics in the upcoming days!
