Ya know...often I have tried settling for a cheap car , a 'run around' like those Porsche etc pictured here but I just couldn't get on with them?... so Im sticking with the Daytona and the Rolls...Its more me somehow than going with normal every day vehicles like these.

Ya I agree, that's why I am only showing pics of my "beater cars"

I thought if I showed my Bugatti, people would think I was trying to show of

Oh...I should mention however that often this would completely backfire on us. You see, my Vette wasn't in nearly as good of condition as yours, as it was pretty much completely rusted out etc. Oh, and it wasn't exactly a Corvette as much as it was a CheVette!!!

But hey, you work with what you got!

Porsche class action papers came in the mail today. 2001-2005 engine failure claims. I suffered through all the fine print I think I'm due for a payout of $1.00, IF I have all my original receipts etc.....

Thanks, for a porker, she corners pretty flat! My track car is an old e28 m5 that's getting a stroker rebuild.

I love it when you post pics of your "beater". My P-car friends have been trying to call me over for many many years. PCA and CCA are real close in SoCal, so they always let me take their cars out for some hot laps.

I try to get out to the track as much as I can; it's really the only place to drive at 10/10s. Over the last year, I've been lucky enough to get some instruction and seat time from a few of the ALMS factory pilots at some Michelin events. As an enthusiast, I love receiving tuition from professionals like yourself.
