Corvette to me is a no brainer - was just checking out a new one the other day - stunning!

I've never driven either one but, I like the looks of the Vette more so that is my vote.

I will qualify my statement as well. I have owned a 2012 GT500, a couple of Porsche's (Turbo and GT3) but not a Corvette. I just sold our GT3 and will be getting a C8 when the prices come down as I don't pay above MSRP for anything.

Thank you for the perspective. Really appreciate it! I think that’s interesting given the vehicles you’ve owned.

Depends on how often you use it. I went from a Vette to a mustang for a daily and love the choice, but if it were just a weekend/special occasion car I’d go with the vette.

I’m not a Corvette guy, but that would be my choice.

That particular Mustang looks like Joe Dirt won the lottery, and ordered every bolt on part available from the JC Whitney catalog.

I would imagine the Corvette would attract more attention. So if you are someone who likes to fly under the radar, GT500 all day. Sure, you get the attention of car guys, but to the majority of people on the street, it is just a loud Mustang. The Corvette will get looks from everyone since it resembles an exotic. Just something to keep in mind.

Mom just purchase a C8 Corvette a few weeks ago, she loves it. I was able to drive it over Xmas and really enjoyed it. Dollar per hp, I am not sure you will find a better value. There is ZERO space, none in the "frunk" or trunk or inside, so if you need space this isn't the car for you.

Car handled well, looks great, plenty of power and finally the interior is on par for the price they charge. The interior feels really special, the center console is a little cluttered with all the buttons though. Lots of technology in the car, significantly more than my 488 spyder and it is 1/3 the cost.
