I recently went to two different AD's looking at a DD40. One in IL and one in Wi. Neither would budge off of MSRP. Went to my favorite Grey and got 16% off MSRP. Easy choice with no hassle. These AD's will be in bad shape when the economy tanks since people will remember.


I also read discontinued................

thats what i was getting at.... its not the AD giving crazy discounts to grey dealers, it's a lot of export/import stuff to give you that price too. Not just a big discount


out of curiosity where was your warranty card from? Most tend to be overseas

Its not necessarily accurate to see a 16% discount list price and assume that they got at least a 25% discount in order to sell to you at that price. When people think dealers are getting a 25% discount at an AD they cant understand why they cant get any discount from an AD.
