Macau AD experience

Hi guys, I'm heading to Taiwan Hong Kong and Macau in December and wonder have you guys ever shopped in ads in Macau? And what are the chances to pick up a stainless steel sport models such as gmt or sub or even daytona.
I know all these grey market bs in hong Kong or other asian regions so not giving any hope or wasting time going to ads there. But I over hear people talking about their lucks picking up stainless steel models in Macau.
So what are your experiences and please share it with me.
BTW, I have a hulk and batman both bought at ads in north America without waitlist nor some bs vip customer privilege. Super lucky:)

I can only speak from my experience in May 2019. Nothing besides the stuff that sits in dealers cases all the time. They will not even consider you for a SS, Macau is flooded with money from rich Chinese and it to mention the excess that comes with gambling etc.

The oriental watch company was a good store, don’t even bother going to the Rolex inside the casino

Sounds like you don't need to find a new AD in another country, stick with yours

Macau is probably the worst place to buy a Rolex. Big big money there - its crazy the amount of money people gamble per bet - i was amazed. I was there for a bucks party recently.

Not to mention the influx of chinese, HK and there is also heaps of money laundering happening there through the casinos. Your not going to get anything really.

This +1.

If you managed to get a hulk and batman in this climate, stick with that AD!

Less than Zero from AD.

Plenty pre-owned ones in the Pawnshops though....

If you are from US and have an AD that you do business with, stick with him. Going to Rolex stores in Asia, except the one in Singapore is a waste of time. The one at Marina mall is good to go and enjoy the experience.

Hong Kong is the most difficult place on earth to buy a highly sought after Rolex (i.e. SS Sub, SD, GMT, Sky Dweller, Daytona from AD at MSRP).....

I tried over there earlier this year without luck. Macau is a strange place now with all the fluorescent lights on the endless Casinos. If you go to the tiled streets near St Paul’s ruins, the Main Street behind you has AD’s.

If it’s your thing, try a helicopter shuttle from HK to Macau.

And escape the crowds by catching a taxi to Fernando’s restaurant on the beach on other side of Macau. Its not fine dining which makes it good fun. It’s at 9 Praia de Hac Sa, Macau China

If you have a visa, you can cross into Zhuhai. That border crossing changes everything.

Enjoy HK, just have somewhat flexible travel plans. I’ve just come through there. Forget the AD’s and have fun. There’s nothing to be had in SS.

Check out Bibo in Hong Kong on Hollywood Road near Sheun Wan. A mystery billionaire owner has filled this restaurant with about $10 million bucks worth of street art. Banksy, Kaws etc. there’s even a secret button to get in. http://www.bibo.hk

Not a chance but lots of DJ and Cellini standing by though.. save the trip to HK ADs as well if ur planning on the same thing..

The shortage in SEA is bad, like really bad. U might have better luck in NA, North Europe, Scandinavian countries for sports models in AD for MRSP
