I am partial to the Santos...........look at my avatar it reads Cartier.
I have the two-tone Santos with the gold screws. If you don´t mind the "depreciation" it will take, I would go with the Cartier. If you want something that will give you better trade value in the future in case you want to get rid of it - the Oyster Perpetual. If you don´t care one way or another - the Santos.

This is what I was thinking! The most I ever lost on a watch deal was with a Cartier...beautiful watches but purchasing one would make me a bit nervous now.

I had a Santos chrono and it was a great watch, just too thick, didn't like the non-chrono nearly as much, need to get a great discount too.
