I have always prefered a bit of colour in my watches. Hence I own a Smurf, LVc and CHNR. I did have a BLNR for a time and do have regrets in selling it. I choose BLNR. Plus I was never a huge fan of the green GMT hand or text on the LN.

I prefer the BLNR for that splash of blue.

I like the BLNR, the black half of the bezel shows night hours, the blue shows day ones.

I have the LN, got it when it came out.
Prefer the BLNR.
A GMT should have a bicolor bezel. Enhances functionality, and just looks cool.

I agree. Plus we all know that most will buy another Rolex, so this will give you the opportunity to mix it up. The LN looks too much like a Submariner but if you are one million percent sure that you will only have one, get the LN.
I prefer the black Submariner and a BLNR.

I prefer the BLNR. The LN is too similar to a sub. I associate Rolex GMTs with 2 color bezels and subs with 1 color bezels.

I went with the BLNR. I think the blue is a nice effect, and not as bright or blingy as the BLRO. Nothing against the LN, it just kind of felt like it was too close to the Submariner look for me.

Same here. I like the idea having two different colors for the 12 hours mark. If you use the GMT feature, then this helpful in a way. If it only the date feature you're looking for then a sub would be the perfect substitute.
