Rolex 16710 Bezel

Question to those who own a 5 digit gmt. Are the bezels 120 click like the sub? I am looking at one and it feels like it has a submariner type bezel. Didn't know if the GMT should have a 24 click bezel?

The subs have a unidirectional 120 clicks around the full rotation of the bezel just like most other dive watches. The GMT watches are bidirectional there bezels turn both ways. The only difference the click spring is curved on the GMT so will turn both ways on subs its straight so will only ratchet one way.

right, but the clicks on both the GMT and the submariner are the same right? Both 120? or is the GMT 24 clicks due to timezones vs timing of a dive watch?

On the 16710 120 clicks, on the 116710 ceramic insert 24 clicks

I have a 5-digit GMT2 and I think I’d prefer the 24-click bezel over my 120. Easier to keep it perfectly aligned. One of those silly things that irks me.
