Wow. Those are stunning . Are the bezels WG? Sorry. I don’t have a DJ and aren’t that familiar with the line. I do like that there are a lot options with dial, bracelet etc.

I really love that blue dial. Is it the same dial used in the DD?

Thanks .. All Rolex fluted bezels are made of precious metals. This is their trait.. (none made out of Stainless Steel)

So, in this case, yes ... It's white gold.

The first two is the DateJust 41 (two-tone rose gold)
The third is the DateJust II (stainless steel)

This is by no means definitive, but this side by side screenshot from the Rolex website seems to show a slight variation in the blue.

Not a fan of DJII
The bezel is too big and overpowering the dial.

I didn’t like the DJ41 bezel as I thought it was too small. Go figure lol. But I must be in the minority since Rolex slimed it down and made the watch smaller. My wife loves the big bezel. She thinks it sexy as she has never seen a Rolex with one so big. But I’m not a fan of the super big markers. I think the big bezel and diamond dial actually look the business. I also got rhodium and it’s a monochrome look so that tones down the bezel more imo.

My thoughts exactly ... Left the sports "game" 10 years ago.. Was pretty sick hearing Joe two-tone bragging about the intricacies of his new black Sub. I had no regrets ever since.
