Out of cold storage!

So eventually I have de-stickerd my BLRO, more than happy with the colours! This is by far my new favourite. More than happy!

Thanks for the nice comments, based on the general wisdom what do I have MK 1, 2 or 3? I don't know the difference, mine looks different depending on the light and angle. What ever it is it is perfect in my opinion.

Did you just take off the stickers? If so, how long were they on?

I was traveling overseas and a friend of mine collected it. He put it in his safe. The day he handed it over I de-stickerd and put it on. So technically I had it for 3 months but just got it.

It’s great - the colours and the jubilee really make this a stand out watch.

The hue variations in the bezel batches will keep the conversation going forever!

Well done, its quite the commitment taking off the stickers and devaluing the watch my several thousand $. Its now definitely your watch and you can enjoy it. But as everyone will be sure to chime, who cares about value they are tool watches and meant to be worn and enjoyed. Enjoy it in good health.

ADs should be removing the stickers and sizing as part of the sales process anyway

Not necessarily if your buying it as a gift, as the receiver may not like the watch and ask you to return it.

Stickers should still be removed with steel sports models in all cases as per a Rolex recommendation.

AD should qualify customers properly. It will be rare that a waiting list steel sports model like a Pepsi would be bought as a gift due to waiting lists etc unless a real VIP customer.

Regards the stickers, my AD gives me everything, coffin the works and never removes anything. That's how I like it and I am the customer. He said Rolex have never ever told him to remove the stickers and he can do as he likes. Every new Rolex I have ever bought has come with the stickers, coffin and all tags. I have zero interest in the value of the watch, my kids can worry about that once I am gone.

My last sports model came with stickers and warranty card. I don't think all ADs pull off stickers.
