For sale is a pre-owned excellent condition 42mm stainless steel Cartier Calibre. The W7100016 includes a generic box with Cartier factory service papers. While at Cartier in November 2021, the watch received a completed overhaul of the movement, polishing, and a new dial. The Calibre features a black dial with white Roman numerals, date aperture at three o’clock, small seconds at 6 o’clock, and a blue cabochon crown. The previously polished case remains in excellent condition with moderate signs of wear throughout with the most significant being on the bottom lugs nearest the bracelet. The Calibre is mounted on a stainless steel bracelet that remain at 90% with very little stretch and a few light imperfections throughout. As configured, the watch will accommodate a 7-inch wrist. The 3389 is powered by an automatic caliber 1904-PS MC with an approximate power reserve of 48-hours.
