Can I ask you... what exactly did you have Bob do on each watch? What was wrong with each one? Dare I ask... what was the final number on each one when completed?

It was a very unique and personable experience to speak to Mr. Ridley during this process. Bob was very thorough in his explanation and recommendation of repair.

I have no doubt the service received was needed and will serve to keep this timepiece running properly for a looooong time.
