Anyone use this app?

Any one use the "watch accuracy meter " app?
The new version with auto detect works pretty decent.

Best to just buy a timegrapher, they are only like $150 off amazon, are super accurate, and they last forever! Not throwing shade on the app, just saying it is a sure and consistent way to determine if a watch needs a service (one of the methods)

Yes, I agree. I have a weishi no 3000 timegrapher that I use at home. Hard to take it with you while shopping used watches though. This app will show a good or minimal beat error with a narrow line. The worse it is, the wider the line. And SPD is pretty much right on. Even though there is no lift angle entry. It's also helpful in determining which position your watch runs faster or slower if your watch varies.

Nice thing to have on your phone. Allows you to do a quick check before you buy. I also have a gauss meter app that's really accurate compared to my fluke meter. I check watches with that as well. Just thought it would be something helpful for those who don't own a timegrapher. And it's free!
