Omega Repair.

Happy day, sent in my Planet Ocean for repair and found out it needs a new case. Thank goodness they said it was covered under warranty and no cost to me.

Happy to hear it will be covered.
Just curious, What damage have you had to require the case replacement?

Yeah, please share some more details or even pictures if you have them. I'm curious which Planet Ocean model it was, how old, what happened, etc.

The dial was off center. Meaning the 12 was not at 12oclock. Some how the crown hole was drilled in wrong place. It should have been at 3oclock, but was at 2:45, meaning the dial was turned to the left as you looked at it. So the factory Said it was a mistake made in manufacture. I was Shocked it passed QC.

Good luck!

If it were a Rolex, that fault would probably add value!

Wow, that's crazy. Either way I'm glad they're making this right for you, as they should. Shocked that got by quality control but I guess it happens.

The rare 245 PO. Hello auction bidders. All jokes aside, that’s an interesting flaw. It is definitely not related to loupe overuse. I’m glad they are going to care of it for you, hopefully soon. Do you have any pictures to share?

Glad to hear there addressing the issue. Not something you see everyday for sure. Awesome watch to have left the factory like that. Not normal.
