For sale is a near mint condition 40mm stainless steel and 18 karat yellow gold Rolex Submariner Date. The 16613 is a U serial, circa approximately 1998, and is fresh from factory service with a two year warranty on the work performed. The Sub will come with inner and outer box and is accompanied by factory service records and service card dated October 2020. While at factory service the Rolex received: a complete movement disassembly and overhaul, a polishing of the case, a new crown, a new crystal, a new dial, new hands, a new disc for bezel, new clasp, and new gaskets. The Rolex features a brushed steel case, which is accented by an unidirectional divers bezel that is set with the new blue divers insert. The Submariner is mounted on a two tone 93153 oyster bracelet with brushed steel outer links, polished yellow gold center links, and is secured by a safety lock deployment clasp. The bracelet contains 12 full size links, fitting a 7.75 inch wrist, and contains minimal stretch, would rate it 85% condition. The Rolex features a sunburst blue dial with applied yellow gold surround luminous hour markers, polished gold luminous hands, and a magnified date window aperture at 3 o’clock. The movement used in the 16613 is the Rolex caliber 3135, which features approximately 48 hours of power reserve, and is COSC certified. Overall the Rolex is in near mint condition, contains no visible imperfections to the naked eye, and is under factory service warranty until October 2022.
