The bracelet is currently on route to get refurbished by Seth
at The watch dealer.
It was literally and actually a toss up between Seth and Michael Young
Seth won (3 heads to 2 tails)
Seth is in The Uk as is myself so I thought I will give him a go and post results

Nice watch, looks a little like the crown guard on the 4 is a bit different than on the 2 position. Can be trick of the camera.
Love to see how your bracelet turns out

I think it might be the angle of the camera. ( I phone ) as I took before pics of the bracelet size along with a rule so you could see how much stretch the refurb reduced but the camera lens and angle distorted the pic

Well, considering even IF the 4 o'clock crown guard was a bit different, there's nothing that can be done about it now. That said, I think it looks fantastic. Perfectly even crown guards, and perfectly even all four lugs is a rarity anyway. I can't believe it would ever be an issue unless you were going out of your way to look for discrepancies. I would be proud to wear this watch.

Did you give them any instructions before putting the watch in ??

I.e. About not touching the dial/ hands etc. Both my 1680 & 1665 due services next year & nervous about putting in incase any issues

Ps - watch looks great

Yes I dealt direct with rolex Kent just asked them to leave dial and hands as was. They were very helpfull just get their number from the internet as speak direct rather than go through a third party.

Just state explicitly what you don't want done
NO polishing
NO new dial
NO new hands

Then you should be fine. It worked in case of RSC Koeln and AD Heetman here in Holland.
