17013 battery bracket???

Hello from San Antonio Texas !! I’m new to your forum but in my browsing I can see there is a wealth of knowledge here. One of my favorite watches I own is a 17013 oyster quartz . Recently I took it to have a battery replaced and all was well for about 2 months when I noticed the second hand was moving back and forth like it was stuck. I took the watch back the guy who replaced the battery and he told me the watch needs the little battery holder bracket replaced. Can anyone point me in the right direction to find one of these???? I’ve owned the watch for about 3 years.

Hope you can get it repaired.

The OysterQuartz has become a collector's item.

Congrats on the purchase! My first one was a college graduation present from my folks in 1984. I still wear it a couple of times a month. They are great watches!
