When was the LEC introduced and now that I changed the glass will my new one have it?

So I have a P series 14060 that I bought and had it sent right away to rsc. Did my watch come with the crown LEC on the glass. And If it didnt will my new one that they replace it with have it?

Also since on the subject, when did lec come out?

It was from around 2001 Laser Etched Hologram was first reported around the various forums in the Crystal .So its possible some P serials could of had it,a service replacement from Rolex should have a S through the LEC as a service replacement. But there have been a few reports that even from Rolex on a replacement crystal no LEC in crystal and just a plain LEC in crystal. So today nothing is 100% written in stone with Rolex today regarding the LEC. And if there is nothing wrong with your original Sapphire crystal thats the one you will still have after service, its only the Acrylic crystals that are changed at normal service.
