Thoughts on this 5513 from 1970?
Hello gents as the title says.

Something seems off with the ROLEX on the dial. It seems, well, uneven. I'm no expert, but it looks like a bad refinish to my learning eyes.
Look at the "OL" and you might see what I am seeing. |

So if this truly is a 1970 5513, it should be a non-serif dial yes?
