Opinions on This Insert

I bought this recently knowing it might be fake. I remember a similar insert being discussed with mixed opinions but I can't find the thread. Its for a sapphire model so good or ?

Have you compared your sapphire insert to the GMT sapphire inserts in this thread?

I have and it’s a great resource. To me this insert does not scream aftermarket. I have many inserts and thought this one looks legit however unlike others I have seen for sapphire models.

Have you seen one like this? Bueno or no bueno?

Based on your photos, I can not say. I figured since you had it in hand, you would be able to compare it to the sapphire inserts in the thread. Check it with the photo below - which are sapphire GMT inserts.

The back looks very similar to me and the font while not what I am used to seeing looks very good. No crooked numbers, hooked twos or other tells for me. The insert is in the mail so I don’t have it quite yet. Hopefully these pics are better.
