I've been searching for ages to find this watch and I can't seem to find a match anywhere. There are no other publicly available pictures so this is the best close-up we got.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like an Omega Ladymatic, but there are probably dozens of ladies cocktail style watches that look like this.
