Icon5 Yachtmaster's red/black date wheel.

What's the deal with the black & red date wheels?

Red more collectable? Limited edition? Year it was made?

thanks in advance.

I don't believe they've ever done one standard with a roulette date wheel - the only model I'm aware of that uses them is the Datejust, or the Turn-O-Graph for an all-red one. Yacht-Masters are all black, as far as I know

Noooo Sorry.

I meant in some pics i've seen some with black date wheels and others with red date wheels. (Don't mean wheels with both on).

Those are modded by the owners as the YM only comes with a black date wheel.
You may have seen Jockes with a red wheel which he installed himself!

It does look sweet, but then again a little Red always looks nice on a watch.
