Excellent guess! Nope, not that limited. Out of four ADs i know, only one had it in stock.

Thx my friend. At 6am is it only an hour from me. Should be here before 12pm

PS: Already ordered a variety of colorful bands too (black, orange, red...).

Fits FAR BETTER than i expected given my medium-to-touch-small wrist (yet wide top surface). Due to short lugs, the band 'hugs' the side of my wrist just right. No flop or slop. Also like that the movement has no slack when setting the time. She's also a touch lighter than i expected, given, well, this is a Panerai and have held many older models over the years and wow those things are HEFTY! She has weight, just not 5 lbs hammer weight.

Only complaint, Panerai should have supplied a second buckle for the fancy rubber strap, which is how i'm wearing her now as do A LOT of water / ocean sports. Already ordered orange, black, and red straps that come with buckle (from China, sorry, can't justify $180 for a piece of rubber).

IMHO you really get a lot of great features with the PAM01033. jmho

And OMG that luuuuume is sooo seductive!

Congratulations! It’s a beauty.

Like the case and the PR indicator.

Didn’t realize pam1033 was a limited edition.

Yes, only 1500 being made (mine is well over SN 1000). Seemed to be the 'sweet spot' with features that i desired. Have a feeling they made this more for Asian market / wrist size, plus considering the 88 within the price (double prosperity, yet got a heck of a sweet deal as we did a two-fer). She really is surprisingly solid on my wrist, lays flat too as have 'thin' wrists of 6.75" to 7" depending on heat/activity.

A stock pic, Ltd Ed numbers on bottom. Lowermost plate decoration was quite nice on the one here.

Very nice, congrats. The blue dial is really nice.

FWIW - in a sense, all Panerais are “limited”. In that photo, the numbering means that for the V series, they plan on producing 1,500, but it does not mean that it’s not a regular production model. That being said, if they only make one series, then it’s quite limited.

Ahhh ok, thx. And yes, everything in the world is a limited edition. Each one of us here and a limited edition 1 of 1

It truly is!

Last night did my typical lume test, because i highly rely on good lume to see the time when in bed. With those huge indices and hands, it EASILY passed! Looks like the Rolex Polar, the previous champ, is now officially retired as my daily beater for the Panerai PAM01033

PS: Can not stress enough how well it fits my wrists. The big case, yet with short lugs, has the band perfectly, PERFECTLY, hugging my wrist. As i said before, no flop or slop. Most impressive!

Congrats, looks great.
What are the specifications on the movement with the balance bridge?

Excellent question as there is so little info on this watch as it pertains to some of the finer details. Movement is Panerai's in-house P.9011

Glucydur balance, four screws for regulation. Operates at @ 28,800 frequency. Incabloc anti-shock device. There are two screws to secure the balance bridge.

Caliber P.9011 is the successor to the P.9001 movement, featuring a slightly slimmer design and a balance bridge secured on two sides. Movement consist of 239 components including 31 jewels.

You can see the three day power reserve status through the rear crystal.

It really is weird how LITTLE of the finer details info, and very few YouTube videos, is online. Chose the PAM01033 as wanted the '9' on the blue dial. Wear my timepieces as beaters 24/7/365, so the three day power reserve indicator is simply an added bonus. The flyback seconds reset is a sweet feature too. While some watch movements 'minute hand slop' when setting the time, Panerai's P.9011 is smooth and solid without slop.
