I am not only a PO lover, but since a child a BIG James Bond fan. Thus, the QOS was the perfect addition to the family. I love the texture of the watch face fashioned after the famous Walter PPK grip on 007's weapon of choice. The Silver numbers really sit well on the Black Face. I did not know if I'd like the laser engraved crystal w/QOS, but found it to be very subtle. It is only noticeable at certain angles. Well, now for the pics as I enjoy a Martini...shaken not stirred!

That dial needed a little something, now its got it.

It's been a while since I've updated the James Bond Watch Registry for this model: There's room for one more, if you'd like to be added!

Meantime, belated congratulations. That's a beautiful watch, and an eviable add to any 007 watch collection.

Got your info, Gary; thanks. I'll let you know when it Posts.

Meantime-- though not the "Quantum of Solace" edition, thought you all might be interested in this brief video of my Omega 2907.50.91 "Casino Royale" Limited Seamaster Planet Ocean.

Briefly catches those last seconds of 2009, counting down to New Year's Eve!

That really is a beautiful dial.... love the link with the PPK.......and the QOS etching is subtle..not in your face.......i did not like the ealier 007 watch they made.....the second hand with 007 in red stuck out on the end (for me )looked silly.

They really got this one right......BIG CONGRATS!!!!

lovely watch...saw it in person and I can say that the etching is HARDLY visible, but the LOVELY dial stands out so well and the applied numerals are a big plus ...I also further really love this watch cuz I love both the new Bond movies of Daniel Craig..I think he is a very good Bond

nice video Dell...does the date change snap in quickly or does the date change slowly over an hour or something?

Does anyone know if the markers, logo and 3, 6, 9 are applied ("raised") or printed/paint (flat/flush) ?
