This watch comes with the original smooth bezel, and a 4.10 carat diamond bezel from Bezels for Watches in Miami, FL. The diamond bezel fits perfectly, and pressure tests as it should. Accessories: Inner and outer Rolex box set, warranty card, book, diamond bezel, original bezel, and white and green hang tag.
