Rare or Fake Rolex Jump hour?

Hi,

I have come across a Rolex jump hour which is not a Rolex Prince, the problem is that I have never seen a Rolex jump hour in a round movement. I have included the pictures and it would be very helpful to know the opinion of community members here on originality of this movement.
