Tudor Oyster Yorke
Here's one I just got back from my watchmaker (after almost 3 months...yikes! But most of that time was just his backlog).
This is ca. 1947, sporting a very popular Rolex dial layout for the '40s era (I have a bubbleback and another Tudor Oyster with similar), but with an uncommon black gloss gilt finish. This is very difficult to photograph, let me tell you! The case is tropical type, gold filled top and steel case back. The size is 35-36mm, lug width is 18mm, so it's on the large size for the era, similar to the Omega 30T2 series. I have the brown lizard strap attached for the moment, though the black croco looks pretty nice. Before overhaul:
