Icon7 Omega Speedmaster Oman Khanjar Edition

Just received this beauty.

A special Sultanate of Oman edition of 100 pieces commissioned for Oman Watch Club members.

The Khanjar at the back of the details is done beautifully well.

They included a signed certificate from Omega's Chairman for the edition, which was a lovely touch. Love the Black Dial through Hesalite in different light conditions.

Very cool stuff. I didn't know Omega would do custom stuff like that.

Actually it was almost 2 years in discussion with the Omega team including the official approvals of applying Khanjar on the watch.

They organised a special invite only event to present the pieces to buyers and of course showcased all the new timepieces too

Love the fact that they retained all the remaining Speedmaster text around back of the dial and only replaced the hippocampus logo with the Khanjar.

Are you saying the new stuff that's supposedly going to be released later this year?

It was more of the stuff released over the past year/s: Moonwatch Golds, Superracing, Aqua Terra shades and likes. They had a watchmaker on site to showcase the 3861 calibre and dial in detail.

It was for USD 7,215. Unsure what the retail is going currently at your place. For us it was same as retail which was fantastic. Plus they tossed in a pair of Omega sunglasses for us to choose from. Let my second half choose a pair for herself

I wonder what the minimum order number would be for something like this?
