Mine's Pearl Yellow and says a big HI to yours

Excellent spot! It’s always nice to run into another V-Rod enthusiast

Can’t believe Harley stopped making these. The Porsche engines are fantastic, and pull like a train!

No issues with watch damage, and I’ve been on big bikes for 25 years.

Is this really happening. I have worn my rolex mountain biking-thats vibration, jumps, falls, constant jarring. Guess what no problems. I think it can take what ever "vibrations" the asphalt can dish out.

Back in the mid 80s, a large German Shepard ran in front of my new Harley Softail on a 4 lane road. I was going at least 40 when I hit him and my YG DD Rolex hit the pavement first. So yes, motorcycles can be detrimental to your Rolex!!

They sunk an awful lot of resources into that engine to make it all come together in the VRSC.
The engine is virtually bullet proof, the engineering was sound right from the start.
Funny thing, the big issue that really killed it off was increasingly stringent Euro emissions regs, because they were running into trouble with compliance
I think the bike itself didn't get traction in the market from the start because of the smallish fuel tank where we were all used to a 5 gallon capacity in the "Big Twins".
As we know the VRSCR fixed all that with it's 5 gallon tank. At least that's what made me finally swing in behind the platform

do you really think the guys at the gym wearing their Rolex care what people think?

They are just wearing a watch...using the bezel to time themselves or to see what time is is...(remember it's a watch)..

i wear mine everywhere....but not to bed or shower, unless its real dirty and needs a good cleaning...i dont baby my Sub...its made to wear and its tough!

I’ve had nine Bimmers strarting with a 1990 K75. This one probably was my favorite. Generally would not wear a watch when I rode, unless I was going somewhere where I wanted one on my wrist once I arrived. But never had any reluctance to put one on .
