Congratulations sir. A fine acquisition which will bring you decades of enjoyment.(I too bought a DJ41 a few months ago, it's by far the best one I've owned.)

I prefer the fluted bez / Jubilee set-up because it's a little more traditional IMO. Also, you mention you like the way the Jubilee "catches the sun". Well, trust me brother, the fluted bezel catches the sun so effectively It's like a mirrored nightclub ball. Paired with the bracelet, the effect is spellbinding. Or should I say *SPELL-BLINDING*. Might not be your cuppa tea, but it's absolutely gorgeous on a sunny day. Love the Sunray/Sunburst blue dial with the all Stainless case/bracelet-classy but sporty.

Regardless of my opinion, you made a great purchase and I hope you wear it in good health.

Best,
Mark

Congratulations! Watched the video and loved the way you edited this... very slick.

The combo of the jubilee bracelet and smooth bezel is a surprisingly good combination, would definitely consider this combo. And that dial is out of this world. Nice one!

I love the flutted. I just felt it would be a little too much for me and situations in which I wear my watch. I also like the slightly sporty feel of the smooth bezel. Thank you for your kinda words.
