My Camera set up is a Canon 5DMkIII. All my shots above are using Canon Lens MP-E 65mm Some at 1X all the way to 5X
The camera is sitting on Really Right Stuff Macro adjustment rails and a Gitzo Tripod. I attach a Cam Ranger to it so I can view everything on my IPad. This gives me a bigger screen to get my focus points were I want them.

Excellent advise thank you so much....I will look into this setup. That lens is the one that I wanted but they didn't have any in stock.

Beautiful set up and love the 5D Mark III

And your photos are just unreal sir!

Thanks, I tend to shoot allot of Macro so spending the money on my particular set up was worth it to me. It might be a cost probative endeavor to others.

The MP-E can be bought on line pretty easy. I use a 100mm Macro allot too. I just enjoy breaking out the super Macro on occasion.

awesome shots chaps!!

but could I add a macro vid I've admired for a long time...
and one of those that made me realise the beauty of vintage..

this vid made me feel that time was frozen and captured from the moment the watch left the factory to the time the vid was taken...
clearly evident from underneath the crystal...

enjoy... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6kzLrWN3xgs

not sure if it's considered vintage... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Q8bojK8QxQ
