You know, I had exactly the same dilemma you have. I have a black SS Daytona and was deciding between a white Daytona and the blue YM. I chose the blue YM and figured that I would get a white Daytona at a later date. And also wanted to wait to see what Rolex has in store for the 50th Anniv of the Daytona. So my blue YM is incoming shortly.

While I love the white Daytona, I think I love the Blue YM more. You've already got a Daytona so go for the YM.

Got them both, love them both, but in all candor, I just like the YM Blue more for some reason.
The Daytona was my dream watch, but for some reason, it just is not what I had expected now that I have it...even though I was happy wearing it today to work, but chilling with the YM Blue on now. Tough choice, but I'd go with the YM Blue. BaselWorld 2013 may bring some Daytona surprises so you may be better off waiting on that one. Personally, I jumped too soon because the opportunity presented itself. Sometimes reality is disappointing...which is why I hope I never run into Kate Upton in person! |

Between those two and even with the black Daytona in the stable, gotta be the white Daytona.

They are both superb watches, but as an alternative to another Daytona perhaps the YM should be your choice, BTW the YM is going to be my next purchase but unsure of Platinum or Blue dial till I see both side by side....... Go YM :)
