1802 plus cash for 18238?

Quarter red with president bracelet from 1970s for 18238 with some added cash to me.

Fair?

I would not do it. An 1802 is hard enough to find, but add in that dial and it's an easy no for me.

I personally prefer the double quick set and sapphire. The condition of the bracelets should play a role in your decision as well

Honestly I cannot remember seeing this dial configuration before. Your 1802 is really nice. That would be hard to let go.

The condition of both is key, IMO. That 1802 looks pretty worn, and despite the rarer dial, it looks like some of the lume plots might be missing or crumbling - hard to tell as it's not a good clear photo. If the 18238 is in better shape, I'd definitely give it serious consideration.

Tony - Fair is also based on motivation.
Are you tired of this 1802?
If so, then the only missing elements are the condition of the 18238 and the amount of cash involved.

it depends on the 18238 - if it's just run of the mill, then no thank you

A man who is tired of an 1802 is tired of life.

Keep it. Or have both.
