What year and model Rolex is this?

What year and model is this Rolex? I've looked a lot of places but find nothing similar.
I'm pretty sure it's a Wind Dress, but oval looking hour markers must be rare. Maybe the domed crystal causes a optical illusion, making the markers look oval.

It's most likely from the late '40s-50s. That might be a refinished dial, even likely, as original black dials from that era are rare and that looks very shiny! Abysmal photo precludes more definite info, sorry.

All I can say is that if that's the original dial then it is in amazing condition! Wish I knew more about the watch itself, but it looks great!

Rolex Precision from around 1962, refinished dial, 33mm, manual wind.

Look inside the caseback to get the numbers.
