oysterquartz dials

Hi goodfolks!
I recently found this oysterquartz in good condition and with box and papers.
Its a 17013. The thing is i haven't seen a 17013 with a black dial and white text. On what i see on the internett its the 17000 or 17014 can be found with this dial, while 17013 has the black and gold dial.
Does anyone have insight to this?
Second:
I found this blue dialed but the hour markers had the tritium dots connected to the hour markers. Is this a redial? I cant really tell from the photo but it looks like some severe scratching around the tritium dots.
