Printing looks rough and the applied coronet does not appear to be straight...

I'm guessing aftermarket dial. The rest could be OK. Need to open up the back.

That thing is a hot mess. Dial is bad for sure, and it looks like an amateur refinish job (top lugs are matte, bottom lugs are polished?).
Also, it's listed as a 2008 model, but no rehaut engraving, and old-style warranty papers. PASS.
