Printing looks rough and the applied coronet does not appear to be straight...

That thing is a hot mess. Dial is bad for sure, and it looks like an amateur refinish job (top lugs are matte, bottom lugs are polished?).
Also, it's listed as a 2008 model, but no rehaut engraving, and old-style warranty papers. PASS. |
