HAHAHA! I love this thread, we are still alive! I will go down to Miami and take a photo of this place so get more popcorn.

Look what I found on their website "There are No Watches Stored at this location, this is the office location only." Well duh, we already figured that out.

OMG WOW. thank god I stumbled across this place.

I was looking at trading in my watch for a watch on their site. I sent them an email asking for serial number and more pictures. They sent me serial number and said pictures to come.

But the fact that they stole pictures really gives me an uneasy feeling. Yea, I read their excuse, but you would think stealing pictures and photoshoping them would be more work than taking pics of the actual watch.

I have to agree with whoever said it, I just dont think I could do business with such unethical people.

I will continue to post updates once I hear back from them.

OK, goldwatchco emailed pictures of the watch. To see them, please find the "Real or Fake?? Looking for input" thread in the Rolex General Discussion forum.

Dealing with Dennis via email and phone conversation has actually been fairly pleasent.

Stealing other ppl's picture is wrong , but imho the photoshop building idea is ok as long as its doing legitimate business or printing the picture in business card...

I'd just like to take this opportunity to mention that I am a trustworthy seller, how do I know? Because I recently sold myself a watch, everything went very smoothly, I was truly a pleasure to deal with, and I'd have no fears of selling myself any other watches in the future. And yes, the watch was in fact authenticated by 3 different parties, me, myself and I.

I'm going to go post a favorable review of, myself, in the who's who section, as I'd like to reward my excellent, trustworthy service to, myself.

Thank you.

By the way, feel free to drop by my office anytime:

My 2 cents. A great and interesting thread. As for me why buy from anyone who raises any suspicion. It can't be to save money as I am sure there are the same or better deals with our trusted resellers . It is not so much the authenticity of the watch but the way he deals and what you can expect if there is a problem.

I have gone to the seybold building about a week ago to start looking at the sub... From what I remember, I don't remember seeing that building NOWHERE close to that photoshopped picture... The picture that Jizeal took are the real deal pics, not that "fancy" looking shit they have on their site. these guys are a bunch of scumbags and their "business" should be closed down!

P.S. dont ever hijack my pics again

By the way they also went out of their way to make their website registration private, why would you do that if you are a legitimate business????

Pretty dodgy if you ask me

It's not that it is just one incident, but how darn shady it was. If they can do it that time how do we know that they haven't been doing this all along? They've proven that they do this garbage and even the owner admitted it and it appears he tried to sweep it under the rug by saying that the employee mistakenly sent the wrong photos. It takes an incredible amount to earn back peoples trust after losing it like that and there doesn't seem to be any push to get it back by them. They have permanently lost customers due to this.

I dealt with a Dennis Gold at "Swiss-Wrist" in Florida. I assume it's the same guy (I apologize if it is not). He tried to sell me, in his words an "unused/never worn 2010 model" that turned out to be D serial display model that had been sold and returned (he forgot the BS he fed me in his email when I talked to him on the phone....)

I emailed him back after our call to probe in on the BS and never heard from him again. I agree they seem very shady. There is no reason to not be upfront with details if you are legit

I will stick with the trusted TRF sellers!

See thread for a good laugh

From Dennis, answering my inquiry-

Charles,

I have this exact watch in stock and available for purchase. I have a Unused/Never Worn 2010 model available for 6,795.00. The watch is a New Style Heavy Band Steel and Gold Model. My name is Dennis and I am the sales manager at SwissWrist.com feel free to call me at 1-877-738-3811 ext. 302 with further questions.

Thank you

Hi Dennis,

After our call the other day I was looking at the first email you sent me and I am a little confused by a few items. You clearly said it was a 2010 model, but the serial number you gave me is for watches manufactured between 2007-2008. I realize new stock may sit around for a while and become new/old stock, but that does not make it a 2010 model. Also you said the watch we discussed was a display model which was sold and returned. The 2010 model you quoted me below says "new/unworn". It seems like it should be classified as "like new in box". Also the late model 2 tone "display models" seem like they are about 5800 on your site, why is the one we discussed so much more?

Sorry for all of the probing questions, but this is a big purchase and these items did not make sense.
