116610LV Really good fake or real?

Someone offered me this watch, I opened up the back and everything looked good. The only thing that spooks me is that the green color on the bezel and dial looks slightly more muted based on memory, but I didn't have another one to compare it to. The crown on the rehaut is slightly to the right from the 12 o'clock dial marker, but I have seen this on other real watches.

These pictures are in shaded window light.

I think you're good, but will definitely be checking in to see if I'm wrong. Best of luck

Do you trust the seller? I don't think it's fake but can't say I like those images. I'd keep searching.

Bracelet polishing looks bad on the sides, could be the pics or the lighting

I own a Hulk. The fit and finish on this one raises some red flags with me. The white gold surround on the 7 o'clock plot looks like it is damaged. Ask for a pic of serial number on rehaut and matching warranty card. Place more burden of proof on seller that this is real. I have some concerns, and if it were me I would pass on this one, but that's just me.

There marker is fine on 7 o clock, just the picture.. No box or papers on this one. I held the watch in person.

To me the only thing that seemed off was the color of the bezel and dial seemed a lighter green and less vibrant than I remember.

I can't put my finger on just what it is, but something doesn't seem right about this watch. I would stay away.

i'm pretty sure thats a swiss 1/1 replica. the movement stamping, font sizes is a giveaway but so is the detail on the face indices and the engraves rehaute. patina on a 2yr old max rolex? never.

i'm not 100%, but i am 99%.

really curious to hear Bas' opinion on this one.

I'm no watch expert by any means, but, shouldn't his bezel be ceramic? To me, it looks like an aluminum insert that's got way too much wear on it, for it's age.

Another red flag is no box or any warranty card or booklets. C' mon, these Hulks have not been around that long. Would you drop 9K on a watch and then discard all accessories that came with it including the warranty card which matches up to the serial on the rehaut? No way! This piece stinks. Run Forrest Run!!

Don't even bother sir...its a Asian clone. I'm a PO in the UK and have seen and dealt with many fake watches. We actually have a task force specifically for counterfeit goods in my unit, its a real big problem here and for that matter in the entire world!

i wouldn't take that thing to a rolex corporate facility because it'll be confiscated; and i'd ignore the two watchmakers you know.

Im pretty sure thats genuine, from my research, no replicas have the parachrom hair spring, nor do they have bracelet clasps that good. The end link fitment is very good.

I think it could either be 1/ a bad-quality-photo genuine watch. 2/ or a mix-and-match franken watch!!!!

You obviously have not seen pics of the higher end replicas.

A lot of people don't save the box or accessories. They might keep the receipt.

I'm not commenting one way or the other on this watch, but box and papers is a WIS thing, not an average Joe just bought him a Rolly thing.

Certainly you would not toss the warranty card right? That would be dumb.

It would be dumb if you cared to learn what it was. Most people assume they can drop a broken item off at the seller for repair (like a car, for example). If Lexus can keep track of the warranty on my car, surely Rolex can keep track on my watch, right?

Take a close look at the bottom of case pic where the end links mate up to the case! Crude. My genuine Hulk does not look like that, I will repeat, the watch is a higher end replica, but not the real deal. I am wearing my Hulk as I type this.

Just an update for you guys, i took the watch to RSC Beverly Hills.

First of all they told me they will not confiscate a fake watch, only a stolen watch if it was reported to them.

They took the watch apart and told me they would service it they even gave me a paper invoice type of thing with the serial # , the watch condition, ect... . I would assume they can check the serial number and movement serial number. I guess they could not know what they are doing but it would seem strange if even they cant tell.

So is that definitive proof that it is real? There is no way a fake can be good enough to fool RSC right?

That's what I would think , but I do agree there is something weird about the watch either way. That's why I initially had it checked out, but it was mostly just the color of the bezel that looked different to me but maybe its just me being paranoid.

ok, based on the images you posted; a factory rolex center took it apart and said they'd service it? is this correct? you have an intake ticket from a RSC?
