There are still 422 ADs worldwide: https://www.patek.com/en/retail-serv...ized-retailers

Not far off from last year 430+.

The dealers only received notification in the last 24 hours so the website I am sure would not reflect this yet.

Is Patek following AP going to direct sales to consumers?

It looks like the AD in Cliffside Park NJ is off the list.

Yes of course. Selling through a middleman is dumb. Ask Tesla how well direct to consumer has worked for them.

Edit: oh and good riddance

Oh wow thanks for the info. A dealer in HK got the cut? I looked at the list in the link provided and it seemed like they were all still there...

Well, considering a lot of dealers have closed lists, this should speed up allocations for certain models. I feel bad for any forum members who lost their hometown AD.

Tesla is up against state laws that prevent direct to customer sales for cars. totally different

Judging by how long the typical calatrava sits i doubt Patek wants to hold that inventory that long even with better margins. AD's take the risk so if it was me i would prefer that.

Patek are not moving away from AD’s, if they did many of us would move to other brands and they know it.

Possibly a case of enforcing their rules over AD behaviour - if so, sounds like a great move.

Correct, they are not appearing on the UK AD list any more The other casualty seems to be WOS Cardiff.

Let's be fair about it how many Ads do they need around that area, they have 155, mappin opposite, WIS on Oxford St, and they are all very dismissive of anyone new going in

On a selfish note asking as my AD is still going strong I'm a happy bunny

very well said Tyler ,
those middlemen offer extra service(=avaliablity) and that service has costs what should be covered .The situation with TSLA is totally different and unique and trust me it will change as soon other manufacturers will have cars with similar features(i believe very soon )
The other cited party is usually AP but they have just one product what sells the RO I think for the code11:59 they need no shops just a melting pot.
