Recently just crossed over to Panerai And have been obsessed to say the least. I haven't seen that many pam 1321 on here mostly 1312. Any particular reason?

Welcome to the madness! If you are in the NYC area and younwant to hunt Oanerai, let me know and I would be happy to join you!

Now to answer your question...the way it works with Panerai in general is that the simpler models will always be the most popular. So the 1312 has basic complications, followed by the 1320 (add the GMT), and in turn, followed by the 1321 (add arched PR to dial). The arched PR makes the dial more busy (it’s neither good nor bad but it moves away from simplicity) and creates an added expense. So there are less people who will want to spend the extra money or who find the design of the arched PR astetically pleasing. Therefore, it is less popular than the 1312, which is probably the most popular selling PAM.
