5711R - my second favorite watch in the world (next to a Journe Optimum)
5711A White - always loved it, just a classic clean good looking watch (5960 a close second here - I guess I love white Pateks) 5164A - who doesn't love a travel time? No dress for me. I respect the hell out of PP heritage, but FPJ suits my needs much better in the leather department (though I do love the WT and Regulator)

Thank you for asking. This was fun.
Aspirational: 5520P 5101P Practical: 5522A 5124G I can only think of 2 PPs in each category that I would enjoy having. If I lived in a low tax country, I could consider a watch I have long admired: the 5101 in its distinctive vintage PP shape. I admire PP for making the tourbillon discrete. And the 5520 that combines useful functions in a cheerful looking watch--a look not previously associated with PP. I think the 5520 would make me chuckle--especially with the four splayed appendages. My3rd aspirational watch would have to be an FPJ (Resonance) that no other maker has. The dial looks like steam punk perfection, but the inside is a glowing organism. If I were payig real after tax money I would consider the 5124G, a vintage looking basic PP that should not bankrupt me for repairs. And the 5522 that is the simplest version of PP's happy watch series. The 3rd watch on my list is another FPJ (Octa Sport in yellow) for which PP has no equivalent in humor, weightlessness and detailing against scratches--yes, I would swim with that watch, but probably not a 5711 as much as I admire the Gerald Genta styling. |

For me right now its these 3 . Had a 5711 and thought it was a bit too thin and fragile.
5167 I've had for a long time 5270 had for a good 7 8yrs. Probs sell it sometime to fund a 5740g 5990 the perfect all rounder one watch does all piece. |

- 5146R
It reflects the DNA of Patek in terms of dial arrangement, and it is an annual calendar which has been invented by Patek. - 5088P (1st Edition) It has incredible craftsmanship, and the simplicity is the ultimate complication. - 5550P It embedded the innovation perspective of Patek. It is quite one of hidden gems in Patek’s history. Sorry to say that there is no room for the Nautilus, or anything on Instagram. The value is different than price we have paid for. |

I am happy with three i already have
5146G: annual calendar was invented by Patek Philippe after all. Great office watch with great size, complication, dial layout etc and the power reserve is a very useful complication 5170G: the first patek philippe inhouse manually wound chronograph. the pulsation dial seems to be rare and it only came on this example 5712/1A: has the profile slimness of the 5711 with additional complications: small seconds, moonphase, power reserve. the asymetrical layout is really special

My top three would be:
1. 5970G 2. 5712/1A or 5711/1A 3. And of the ACs, right now I would go with the 5205R/G |

5711 is an easy choice for the daily wear category.
then i would choose either a 3670A or 5950A both are cushion case chronographs very limited availability but just at the edge of fantasy. you can keep the third one :)

fyi, the first inhouse patek manual chrono was actually a woman's watch, released just prior to the 5170. "7071"
