Correct bracelet for 16753 ??

Should it be 14k or 18k. I have the supposed original jubilee bracelet and it is 14k/SS.

I have read that the bezel on the watch is 18k/SS and I have seen people advertise 16753's with 18k/SS bracelets.

Help!!!!!!

It all depends on the production date. Mine comes with an original SS/14K and the serial number is 6.1 Million circa 1979-1980.

What's your serial?

Mine is a 6.3mm serial number, again,1979-80 production. Does this mean that Rolex sold the watch with an 18k bezel and a 14k/SS bracelet or is the bezel 14k as well to match the gold in the bracelet?

If the bezel is 18k would I want to get a 18k/SS bracelet for it?

Thanks

Both bezel and bracelet are 14k gold if I am not mistaken.

Thank you for responding, I appreciate your help. I am looking to order a high quality after market oyster bracelet and needed to know if I should get the 14k/SS or 18k/SS version.

Don't go aftermarket! Is a Rolex you are putting that bracelet on.
