Another Disney visit/update

Went to Hollywood Studios this time and it seems the number of people visiting are growing, at least to us. When we first went to the Magic Kingdom a couple of months back, the park was truly empty with 5-10 min wait times for rides. Now, we were seeing around 40-60 minutes.

Still not jampacked like it used to be, but also not a total ghost town. Kind of a double-edged sword - we were happy to see more people out and about and able to enjoy themselves, while at the same time pining for that empty park feeling from earlier this summer. As we've experienced and shared with you, I do believe you can go to sporting events / attend parks and feel completely safe.

Either way - hope you enjoy the pics. If you think "wow, that is empty!" - know that I take a lot of morning shots when no one is around.

Jessie,
Looks great. We took our family a few weeks ago and it was very quiet. I am glad that Disney World opened up and feel bad for the folks in California who can't work at or go to Disneyland.

Barry - hope all is well and glad that you and the family could get to Disney too.

That's something that I've discussed a lot with family - just how different things are across the nation. I think certain states have shown that you can open major events sites / events up while limiting capacity / keeping things safe.

It's not just a visitation thing for tourists - it's also work-related for those that are missing out on employment.

Another superb set. You guys could vacation in Hell and your pictures would make me want to go lol.

Impressed with your boys in masks. Attempting to get my 2 year old to wear one has been a struggle. I have a lot of respect for parents who have to go through this with little ones.

Haha, thanks for the kind words, as always.

I definitely understand about the struggle with the masks for young ones - our 5 yr old is totally fine, but the 3 yr old will only wear it for short amounts of time. Have to dangle a carrot real long for that little guy....

Lol. No carrot is long enough for us.
Btw my BIL got my son that Buzz Lightyear toy. It is the best toy ever. He and I sometimes have to fight to play with it lol.

I do the same! Just sit there squeezing its legs together at my home desk.

Thanks! We stopped by but even during COVID, the lines are long there.

Great pics as usual. We’re trying to hold off going back until the Tron roller coaster is complete. We usually stay at the Polynesian and we’re looking forward to seeing it remodeled.
