Ref. 6542 Major Damage

what's left of a Reference 6542 with a 28XXXX serial number recently came into my possession. since an original OEM bakelite bezel and face are going to be impossible to source is this rolex worth sending in for repair? I have 0 invested in the "parts" if you will. I know this is a highly sought after reference but without original parts what could i expect cost of repair vs. value of what is returned to me? Case has been clearly smacked with a hammer. rotor moves 360 degrees inside but not freely. any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Case appears to be bent as rotor doesn't spin without some effort

Likely can be repaired by qualified shop. It will cost a bit but very much worth saving imho.

The pictures don't show very well but unfortunately it appears as if someone used a hammer on the case to remove the case back since they did not have the proper tools. This brings tears to my eyes!

I don't think the print looks right on the dial either.
I believe the color of the print should match the minute markers.
