Since I live in So Cal I'm available anytime, count me in. By the way Vegas really cold in winter and 115 in summer, so fall is the best time.

I agree about fall being the best time......it's only a 4 hour drive for me, so not much planning needed here......what about October of this year? Prices are right, weather is right, seems like it would work.......

For me personally, 2012 would be the PRIME opportunity. Plus, it would provide for a lot more members to attend as well (more time to plan, etc.).

If you plan this during the week (Sunday thru Wednesday or Thursday nights), when there isn't a major convention in town, I've seen rooms at the Bellagio for a low as $99, and at Mandalay Bay as low as $59 per night.

My wife just supprised me with Paul McCartney tickets and we will be in Vegas the 9th and 10th of June 2011. Well the 10th is the night of the concert, but I'm just saying. About the 9th of June?

Well I'm certainly still up for it (finances permiiting obviously) & I'll be able to confirm once I can ascertain flight costs.


Besides which it's worth flying half way round the world just to have a go on Raf's scooter....
