yes it is. Jewels in Time is a great reputable dealer. i’ve chatted with several people who have purchased from them and they have 234 reviews on google right now with an average of 4.8 out of 5. they are in Boca Raton. i plan on buying from them later next year.

Thank you for confirming! I bought from them directly instead of on eBay to save 6% sales tax. Glad i did that, i was worried at first.

Congrats on the purchase, great PC from Patek. How did you avoid sales tax on ebay? Don;t they add automatically?

I would ask the seller if the watch comes with a Patek watch winder box and also if it comes with a second caseback. Neither of them are deal breakers, but it would be nice to have a "complete set".

Congratulations on your new watch!

Lovely purchase.

Wish you were my wife.

Can I marry you (in Utah)? My wife (wife #1) might not love the idea, but if you’re gifting Pateks ...

In all seriousness, well done.

Excellent choice. In my opinion it's nicer than any of the perpetual calendars in their current collection.

Congratulations on your new watch!
The watch arrived and it looks beautiful. Yes, it came with everything, stylus and all. Except it was missing the cuff/pillow for the watch to sit on in the winding box. It took a ferris wheel ride like this, until i noticed something looked weird and checked youtube for a tutorial on this thing.

The store tried to call Patek to secure one but no luck yet. I searched on google and did not find one easily either. Any advice on how I should deal with this would be appreciated. I guess i will go to a watch store on the weekend and try to find the closest thing i can find as a placeholder for now.

Not to worry - he will love the one you got! I would call jewels in time and let them know they set you a worthless joke for a winder, useless wo the missing piece. Be firm and speak to manager - very important. Offer to send it back for a complete refund - NOT as represented! They can get the piece or take it from another in there store. If they do nothing - I hope you paid with a CC - tell them you will dispute the charge if they don’t get this remedied pronto! You must be polite but firm . Wish you the best, james in San Antonio Tx.

Yes i did pay with Amex. I hope they can locate one so i don't have to go through all that trouble. It was missing in the photo from the listing now i look back, but it was not written anywhere in the item description!! It simply said "Comes with its Patek folder with papers including the original COA(dated 2011), winding box and accessories, solid back, stylus and hang tag.

I do feel a bit mis led here, but hoping they can resolve it.

Bull the winder is worthless w/o the piece. You need to be more aggressive on this! They will drag their feet thinking you will go away.Call PP in NYC and ask them if they can get piece or complete box then tell seller you have I’ll dispute for that amount - AMX will take care of you- great that you used them for payt - wish you success ! btw beautiful piece .
